LVLing up

I think might be a tad steep for a lvl 13. There's nothing in there under 19 if I remember correctly. Most of it's lvl 20-28 mobs. But around level 20, u can level up quick in there. I'd say stick to Westfall and Loch Modan. Plenty of quests in both to get you leveling like a champ.
